Warm Weather to be Interrupted by Cold Front

Meteorologists predict that after a warm weekend, a cold front will bring a brief respite from the heat. While temperatures may climb to 30°C by Sunday, the warm air from the southwest will be cut short by a cold front that will bring heavy rain and thunderstorms in some areas. This is according to meteorologist Dagmar Honsová.

On Thursday, there will be mostly partly cloudy to cloudy skies, with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon. Temperatures will reach 22-26°C, 28°C in the southern Moravia region. Friday will bring similar weather, with morning lows of 15-11°C and afternoon highs of 23-27°C.

Saturday will be partly cloudy, with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. Morning temperatures will range from 15-10°C, while afternoon highs will be 24-28°C. By Sunday, skies are expected to be mostly clear, with morning lows between 16-12°C and afternoon highs of 27-31°C.

The warm air will culminate on Monday, with temperatures reaching 34°C. Skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy, with increasing cloudiness in the afternoon, and scattered showers, thunderstorms, and strong winds. Morning lows will be 18-14°C and afternoon highs will range from 27-31°C and 34°C in the southeast.

On Tuesday, there will be more cloudiness, with mostly cloudy skies and scattered showers, thunderstorms, and strong winds in some areas. Morning lows will remain steady at 18-14°C, while afternoon highs will reach 23-28°C.

By Wednesday, there will be a further drop in temperatures, with mostly cloudy skies, scattered showers, and thunderstorms in some areas. Morning lows will be 15-11°C, with afternoon highs of 21-25°C.
