The upcoming weekend in the Czech Republic will be marked by chilly and wet weather, with temperatures not expected to exceed 20°C due to cold and humid western currents. Meanwhile, the east of the country is set to experience heavy rainfall. Meteorologist Dagmar Honsová has predicted that temperatures will rise again next week, reaching up to 25°C.
On Thursday, the weather will be overcast with occasional rain showers, with the northwest of the country potentially seeing some partly cloudy skies. Afternoon temperatures are expected to reach between 20°C and 24°C.
Friday will bring similar conditions, with heavy cloud cover, occasional rain or showers, and isolated thunderstorms. Morning temperatures will drop to 11°C to 15°C, while afternoon highs will be between 19°C and 23°C.
Saturday will be mostly cloudy or overcast, with scattered rain, showers, and potentially thunderstorms in some parts of the country’s east. Temperatures in the morning will range from 9°C to 13°C, with afternoon highs expected to reach 15°C to 19°C.
The overcast and occasionally rainy weather is set to continue into Sunday, with morning temperatures between 9°C and 13°C and afternoon highs around 15°C to 20°C.
Looking ahead to next week, the forecast predicts primarily cloudy weather with scattered rain showers, with some partly cloudy skies also possible. Morning temperatures will range from 8°C to 12°C, with afternoon highs between 18°C and 23°C.
