Prime Minister Andrej Babiš said in a video posted on social media that youngsters aged 12 and up should begin immunizations at the end of July. The covid-19 immunization is currently available to anyone aged sixteen and over.
There are between 400,000 and 500,000 people in the group, according to Vojtech, who are between the ages of twelve and sixteen. Pfizer is now the only company that has produced a vaccine for children, and it will be available at immunization centers by the end of the summer.
A group of youngsters aged 12 and older is undertaking a registration process for the Moderna vaccination, which is currently being used by general practitioners. Doctors will be authorized to vaccinate children at the end of the summer holidays if the vaccine is authorized for this age group.
