Power outages have been complicating operations on the line between Prague and Benešov since the morning. Trains are running half an hour late.
Some connections are canceled. Prague Integrated Transport (PID) announced it on Twitter. According to the company, the problems will last until about 09:30.
“A power failure of the catenary caused the problems,” Czech Railways spokesman Petr Št’ahlavský said. According to the PID website, eight passenger trains were not running in some sections this morning.
