T-Mobile customers have been complaining of problems with the availability of mobile services since Monday morning, with SIM cards unable to connect to the mobile network at all-so, SMS, calls, and internet are not working. It is not yet clear what caused the problems.
Users have been complaining since about 8:30 a.m. about the unavailability of services practically across the country—they could not get through in Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Znojmo, Uherské Hradiště or Hradec Králové, for example.
The operator’s hotline is also unavailable. It is not yet clear what caused the outage.
There is also a question mark over when mobile services could be restored.
