The weather will be more like April, but pleasant temperatures will return

A short-lived transition of cold fronts will replace the warm and sunny weather of the past few days with low temperatures. However, it will start to warm up again over the weekend, and we could see highs in the 20s next week. Meteorologist Dagmar Honsová told the news agency.

“The turn of this week and next week will be marked by April weather – individual frontal systems will advance across the Czech Republic, alternating with areas of high air pressure,” Honsová said.

Thursday night was the coldest of the week. Temperatures dropped to zero in many places, and it was freezing in the mountains. During the day, we can expect clear or near clear skies with temperatures up to 15 degrees, with increasing cloud cover in the evening.

Friday morning will also be cool with temperatures of 5 to 1 degree, warming to 11 to 15 degrees Celsius during the day. Skies are also expected to be clear to near clear.

Saturday is expected to be cloudy to overcast, with rain or showers. Clouds will diminish, and precipitation will taper off during the afternoon from the west. Morning temperatures are between 8 and 4 degrees, and afternoon 14 to 18.

Sunday could be partly cloudy to cloudy, with fog possible in the morning. Morning temperatures will range between 8 and 4 degrees, with afternoon temperatures between 14 and 18 degrees.
