The U.S.A. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised Americans not to travel to the Czech Republic because of the increase in coronavirus cases in the country.
The CDC now ranks the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Iceland at the fourth-highest risk level. The center recommends avoiding travel to countries in the “dark red” category. If travel is necessary, the CDC recommends that U.S. citizens be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 before visiting these countries.
The CDC has previously classified several countries at the highest risk level, including Slovakia, Austria, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Greece, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, and Norway, Russia, and Israel.
