Czech Politician, Dominik Feri, is Accused of Sexual Assault and Rape

Dominik Feri (TOP 09) is accused of sexually harassing female students at different parties between 2015 and 2020, which he denies. Rumors about such actions have been circulating on social media for days. Several women interviewed by journalists from Deník N and A2larm characterized the politician’s actions as sexually motivated, full of pressure, and abuse. Despite her overt rejection, one of the women said that the politician had sex with her.

One of the alleged victims met Feri in her freshman year of college and once invited him to a party. They were drinking at the time, and she ended up in a bed with Feri. She said the politician began demanding sex, which she repeatedly denied.

“He took the bedside table and used it to block the door, preventing me from leaving the room. I told him again that I didn’t want to have sex with him and that he should stop coercing and physically assaulting me. He yelled at me, ordering me to shut up and say nothing more, then pounced on me and had sex with me despite my protests “, one of the victims reported.

The case of TOP 09 MP Dominik Feri, who is accused of sexual assault, has been opened by Czech police. In the coming days, a decision on next steps is planned.

As a result of the accusations, Feri is stepping down as a member of parliament and will not run in the general election in October.
