Documentary director Olga Sommerová will replace MP Dominik Feri in the Chamber of Deputies. He resigned after numerous women accused him of sexual harassment and violence in the media.
The filmmaker Olga Sommerová has won 9204 votes in Prague at the parliamentary elections for 2017 on a TOP 09 list of candidates. She intends to promote Czech television’s culture and defense In the Chamber of Deputies.
“I am confident that Olga Sommerová’s voice will be heard, particularly during periods when parliamentarians take into account the future of Czech television and the relevance of the media,” said Markéta Pekarová Adamová, Chairman of TOP 09.
