The long-announced entry of the Czech Rohlik Group into the German market has become a reality. Under the name of Knuspr.de, the delivery service will start operating in Munich from Monday.
Knuspr.de couriers in Germany deliver orders from Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The company said it guarantees delivery within three hours of ordering.
The company conducted beta testing before going live. This was successful, with feedback from customers expected to be overwhelmingly positive.
Rohlik Group plans to start deliveries in Frankfurt am Main in the winter. Next year, it plans to expand the service to Dortmund, Hamburg, and Cologne.
Rohlík.cz has been operating in the Czech Republic since 2014. In December last year, the group launched Gurkerl.at in Vienna. In addition, it also works in Hungary as Kifli.hu, making Germany the fourth country where the company does business.
Soon, the group is also expected to expand into Romania, Italy, France, and Spain.
Last year, the Rohlik Group increased its turnover by 100 percent to EUR 300 million (CZK 7.6 billion) and served 750,000 customers.
