Lenka Dusilová Gets The Most Nominations For Today’s Anděl Awards In Prague.

Today, the 30th annual Czech Music Academy (CMA) Anděl Awards winners will be revealed. The concert will be without an audience due to coronavirus restrictions. Ewa Farna will be the host of the event.

Lenka Dusilová, a singer and songwriter, has the most nominations. Dusilová is nominated in the coveted Album category alongside singer-songwriter Jaromír Nohavica, who won with his album Máma mi na krk dala klíč, and the group Tata Bojs, who won with their album Jedna Nula

Tata Bojs and Jaromír Nohavica both received three nominations and won in the Group and Solo Artist categories. Amelie Siba, a young singer-songwriter, won two nominations for her debut album Dye My Hair. Viktor Sheen and Yzomandias, both rappers, have received two nominations in the Rap and Music Video categories.

The nominated musicians have recorded special performances for the ceremony. An exceptional concert will be held in honor of musician David Stypka, who died earlier this year.

Last year, singer and composer Vladimír Mišík received all six nominations for the Czech Music Academy Anděl Award. He achieved success in four primary and two genre categories with his album Jednou tě potkám (Once I’ll Meet You).
