Croatian vacations are becoming increasingly more accessible. To get to the vacation spot, Czechs will simply need their ID cards.
The Czech Republic has been designated as a green country with minimal risk of infection by the European Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (ECDC), making travel to European countries easier. Czechs will no longer be required to test negative or spend time in quarantine in major tourist locations, including Croatia.
Travelers from green nations or regions, regardless of citizenship, are exempt from the isolation or testing requirements when entering Croatia—until now, entering Croatia required at least 14 days after completion of vaccination, 180 days after having COVID-19 disease, or a negative PCR or antigen test.
In mid-June, the European Commission launched the EU platform where it is possible to find the rules for entry to individual EU countries, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland, depending on the color of the starting country on the travel traffic light. The platform pulls data from the ECDC and refreshes regularly. The platform is available in the Czech for both PCs and mobile phones.
